How do we get charged by Purple Dot?

Now that you are using Purple Dot- you may be wondering how we charge you. When you mark any orders as 'Ready to Fulfill' in the Purple Dot dashboard you are charged $0.95 by Shopify- this charge goes to Purple Dot.

When does Purple Dot charge me?

When you hit "Ready to Fulfil", Shopify will charge our fee of $0.95 for all orders successfully paid for and marked as "Ready to Fulfil".

A shopper has mentioned a $1 charge on their card, is this a Purple Dot fee?

If you see a $1 charge, this is not a Purple Dot fee. Shopify sometimes make a $1 charge that is then immediately refunded to test for the validity of a card!.

Do sales for pre-orders show up in Shopify?

Yes! If a shopper places a pre-order in Purple Dot this will be show in the Total Sales under the Analytics tab in Shopify. If the shopper cancels the order this will also be reflected.
