A customer receives a co-branded email confirming their pre-order.
This includes all the information they need while they wait for their item to arrive:
✔ receipt of payment
✔ order number
✔ shipping window
✔ shipping address they provided at checkout
✔ link to self-service cancel
Any replies to this email will go directly to your customer service team, not Purple Dot. We will ask for this email address during your onboarding process - you can update it anytime by letting us know.
