My waitlist was working but is now showing as sold out. What happened?Updated 3 years ago

Once you've successfully set up a waitlist, you should see Pre-order where Add to cart used to be. In rare cases you may see the product that you had available as a pre-order, show as Sold out even though you have a waitlist active. 

There's two quick troubleshooting steps you can take: 

1.) Pause and then resume your waitlist

2.) Go into the product page in Shopify and scroll down to inventory and make sure 'Continue selling when out of stock' is enabled.
