My orders are showing in the Purple Dashboard as 'Ready to fulfill' and customers are being charged. What's happening?Updated 2 months ago

Do you have an upsell app as a part of your online store? 

Unfortunately, many upsell apps are not compatible with pre-orders due to the fact that it overrides our fulfilment hold with it’s own.

This results in the release of the ‘on-hold’ status and subsequently marks the order as ‘ready to fulfill’. PD reads that this fulfilment hold was released and then charges the shopper.

We recommend removing this app while using Purple Dot.
