Purple Dot Self Serve App Support

The first step to ensure compatibility is to check whether you are using an Online Store 2.0 compatible theme (<a href="https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/managing-themes/upgrading-themes">more here</a>). You can find if your current theme version supports Online Store 2.0 in the release notes of your theme developer. Purple Dot works best with 2.0 compatible themes.Please reach out to our support team or take a look at our minimum theme requirements <a href="https://docs.getpurpledot.com/docs/shopify-minimum-theme-requirements">here</a> to see if your theme meets the criteria.&#xA0;We&#x2019;re busy adding new theme compatibility regularly.
