I’m ready to fulfill, how do I do this?Updated a year ago

When the stock has arrived and you're ready to fulfill your pre-orders, you can head over to the Waitlists tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

From here you can select the waitlist/s that you would like to fulfill and click Release for Fulfilment in the top right-hand corner. 

Purple Dot will then release the "On-hold" status for these orders in Shopify, charge the shopper, and let them know you are getting their pre-order ready.

To automatically release fulfilment holds, head to the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and click Operations and turn on Automation.

When Purple Dot sees stock become available, pre-order status will automatically change from On hold to Unfulfilled so they are ready to be fulfilled and charge the shopper.
